Parking Exceptions

Request a temporary exception to the parking rules, and view current approved exceptions.

The most frequent issues of concern and requests we receive revolve around parking exceptions and potential parking violations. We encourage all of our residents to take time to familiarize yourself with our CC&Rs.

On this page you can request a temporary exception to our parking rules, and see a list of current exceptions approved by the board.

Please note: a request submission does not constitute approval until the board provides you with a specific response of approval.

Before submitting a request

  • The Board shall determine, at its sole discretion, if a parking violation exists. Further, the Board shall abide by the adjudication and appeals process as currently presented in the CC&Rs of the HOA.
  • Requests for parking exceptions must be directed, in writing, to the Board via the form below.
  • There shall be no permanent exceptions to CC&R parking regulations.
  • Parking exceptions are more likely to be granted if the property owner demonstrates a concerted effort to visually obstruct the view of a vehicle from the street and from all neighbors.
